Mr. Frankie Wilson
Behavioral scientist · Design architect · Speaker

Human behavior is the blueprint.

I study why people move, hesitate, trust, participate, and belong. Then I help organizations design environments and communication that make better outcomes possible.

The person behind the work

Many chapters. One enduring question.

How do we create conditions in which more people can fully participate?

I am a Dallas-based behavioral strategist, entrepreneur, and speaker. My path began in music and radio, grew through communications and organizational strategy, and now centers on the science and design of human behavior.
